How soon can I expect my swimsuit after purchase?

After you place an order, we work hard to process and ship it within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number. For international orders, different carriers have very different ship times. If you are outside the US and want a speedy delivery, we recommend using www.myus.com to get it fast.

Note: international customers are responsible for any and all customs and duty fees that may occur. 

How can I get a suit that is currently sold out?

Let us know! If you want a specific combination that is currently sold out, send us an email and we'll add it to the next round of production. We aren't doing pre-orders because holding on to your cash and waiting for production makes us anxious. (see: doing a Kickstarter.) Then we'll email you once it's back in stock.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return and one-time limited exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We can only exchange a suit once, and we cannot do exchanges for swimsuits shipped outside of North America. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the condition you received it, with tags and hygienic liner still attached. We will not accept garments that have been soiled and/or had the hygienic liner removed.

Because we are a tiny company, at this time you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that we do not receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are getting an exchange, we'll mail out your new item within a few days, and shipping it to you is complimentary. (Hence only being able to afford a one-time exchange.) 

Why don't you have a phone number I can call?

Currently we are a one-person operation (with a spouse who very generously helps out sometimes) and it's the founder's personal phone, so that would be awkward. We'll get there! In the meantime, emails are best way to contact us.
