How soon can I expect my swimsuit after purchase?
We work hard to process and ship orders within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number. For international orders, different carriers have very different ship times. If you are outside the US and want a speedy delivery, we recommend using www.myus.com to get it fast.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
How can I get a suit that is currently sold out?
Let us know! If your dream swimsuit is sold out, send us an email and we'll add it to the next round of production. We aren't doing pre-orders because holding on to your cash and waiting for production makes us anxious. (see: doing a Kickstarter.) Then we'll email you once it's back in stock.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 14-day return and one-time limited exchange policy for full-price suits shipped to the US. We offer 30-day returns for international orders; we do not do international exchanges. Discounted suits are not eligible for exchanges or returns, which will also be noted in the product description when final sales are occurring. If the return/exchange time has expired since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We can only exchange a suit once.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the condition you received it, with tags and hygienic liner still attached. We will not accept garments that have had the hygienic liner removed. We will not accept garments that have been soiled (including but not limited to deodorant), laundered, or smell, including but not limited to cigarette or other smoke. We do not offer returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges for suits that have been damaged due to not following our instructions for care.

Please make sure your name and/or order # is somewhere on or inside the package. Because we are a tiny company, at this time you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that we do not receive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you are getting an exchange, we'll mail out your new item within a few days and shipping it to you is complimentary (which is why we only can afford to do a one-time exchange.)
What size should I order?
Please check the fit guide. Unfortunately we cannot make personal size recommendations. If you order a suit and don't like the way it fits, please see our return/exchange policy above!

Do your swimsuits have a shelf bra?
Our suits are made of a compressive fabric and the entire front panel is fully lined, but there is no band of elastic, underwire, or padding in the chest. The feedback is that our suits do offer good "hold," even for large-chested individuals. Yes, our Kickstarter suits had shelf bras, but the feedback was that they didn't work well enough for enough people to keep them, and the new fabric and fully-lined front panel works much better.
If you try one our suits and want more lift, layering a sports bra or simple underwire bikini top can give you the perfect, individualized fit.
Why don't you have a phone number I can call?
We are a tiny team that also has full-time day jobs. Emails are best way to contact us.
What happened to the shelf bra/chest liner I see on the Kickstarter page?
Our Kickstarter backers' feedback was that this feature just didn't work as perfectly as we wanted for enough people. Instead, in spring of 2018, we switched to a more compressive fabric (with 100% recycled polyester, yay!) and began lining the entire front. The feedback from our fit-testers and repeat customers is that this change has been extremely positive.
Will you ever offer cup-size-specific bust support or binders?
Considering how expensive it would be to manufacture and stock all the different iterations we would need to be size-inclusive, probably not. There's also the challenge and expense of engineering something that can be pulled on over hips and still fit tight around the ribs. Keeping the unisex fit helps us keep prices down, which is a major priority! Some folks have said they layer a plain bikini top, binder, or sports bra underneath their Beefcake swimsuit for an individualized fit.
Do you make custom swimsuits?
Despite being a small and relatively nimble operation, we cannot make custom swimsuits. Beefcake Swimwear suits are made in small batches (about 100 at a time) and it requires an entire team. We spent thousands of dollars and about two years getting our original ideas off the ground, and any innovation will happen in response to overwhelming customer requests.
